1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sanamio Tech's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Sanamio Tech provides IT consulting and development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Custom software solutions
• IT consulting and strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code and content created specifically for their project. Sanamio Tech retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sanamio Tech's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• 90-day warranty on custom development work
• Bug fixes for issues in our delivered code
• Optional ongoing support and maintenance packages

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
